Commercial Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a Commerical Onboarding Specialist to help bring new partners and suppliers onto our shops. The role involves working with our external suppliers, our category managers and operational teams to set up, test, and ensure smooth integration of systems.

About the role

The Commerical Onboarding Specialist ensures the technical and operational integration of partners onto both fonQ’s and NADUVI's platforms. You work closely with partners to create an extensive, high-quality product offering, playing a key role in the success of both fonQ and NADUVI.

As a Commerical Onboarding Specialist, you are part of our Commercial team and responsible for onboarding new sales partners to our platforms. This involves establishing automated connections between the partners' systems and our shop to ensure that all products and product information are correctly displayed, and that the processes for ordering, delivery, and returns are well-structured.

You will be in daily contact with partners, ranging widely in size and professionalism. You need to effectively communicate with both IT experts at large companies and directors of smaller businesses. Even after onboarding, you remain involved to ensure that the technical collaboration continues smoothly, stepping in when issues or opportunities for improvement arise. Topics you handle include onboarding on our drop shipment systems, solving for missing track & trace information, solving incorrect product data etc.

As a Commerical Onboarding Specialist you ensure that the technical and operational collaboration with partners runs as smoothly as possible. You act as the operational point of contact for our partners, ensuring seamless cooperation so we can deliver on our promises to customers.

What will you do as a Commerical Onboarding Specialist?

• Onboard new suppliers onto our systems (Transus/EDI, our internal logistics platform, OMS systems)
• Get in touch with suppliers to support them in the correct configurations
• Get in touch with internal stakeholders to facilitate internal configurations
• Look for ways to optimize data exchange between partners and our shop
• Help migrating the different ways of configurations to a more standardized solution developed by our tech-team

You recognize yourself in

• HBO (higher professional education) graduate, preferably in an administrative or tech field;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and structured work approach
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using various software systems
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
