About the role

As a HR business partner at fonQ, together with the HR lead and HR intern, you play an important role within the organization. You are responsible to run the day to day HR operations. It is an independent role with many opportunities for development and growth. You thrive on working with all aspects of HR. What does this mean?

• You act as a trusted advisor: Be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including employment law, performance, and development.

• Take responsibility for the well-being our fonQ employees: You will coordinate the full absenteeism and reintegration process and work on initiatives that contribute to employee well-being.

• Own and execute the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between: Oversee all stages of the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures: You will support various HR projects such as implementing a new Performance management process, improving the Employee Experience and HR systems.

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment and selection process: From crafting compelling job postings to proactively sourcing top talent, meticulously screening CVs, and leading in-depth interviews to identify the best candidates for the team.

• Handle administrative tasks with eye for detail: You will manage HR administration, including monthly payroll, contracts, personnel files and leave registration.

Our new colleague will have… 

• Educational Background: University-level education (WO) or HBO in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

• Experience: 4  years in HR
